Please be advised that we require a deposit on ALL new bookings. We respectfully advise our that deposits are strictly NON REFUNDABLE and 24 hours notice will be required to change a booking or the deposit will be lost. For a colour and cut/blow dry or hair extensions 30% deposit needs to be paid 48 hours before the appointment (this can be don in the salon or over the phone).
Customer complaints policy - Our priority is for you to b completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. Complaints are rare but we take them seriously.
Please tell us you're not happy with the service you've received as soon as possible after leaving the salon. You can put complain no longer than a week after the service. In that week you have to send an email specifically to email@example.com and we can resolve the issue in that week or see if we can rectifies the problem with in a week from service. If you put a complaint through after one week sadly we will NOT be able to rectifier it. We will be able to correct it but you will need to pay a normal price.
