Terms and Conditions for voucher use -
SKIN TESTING:
You Must come in for a skin test prior to your first treatment with us. This must be done at the latest of 24 - 48hr before your colour appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the treatment. Under no circumstances do we continue with the treatment as planned if the skin test requirements are not met.
- Vouchers are non-transferable & non-refundable.
- The Voucher can only be redeemed during the time between the current date it was bought and the end date listed on the voucher.
- Pure Design Hair cannot replace your voucher if lost or stolen.-
