DEPOSIT & 24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY

At Cinderella’s hair boutique we value our customers – to ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed appointments, please be advised that we require a deposit on ALL new bookings for colour. Prior to each appointment, careful time and preparation is often needed by our team, in order to deliver the best possible service. We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you.





Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, we respectfully advise you that deposits are strictly non refundable and 48 hours notice will be required to change a booking or the deposit will be lost.


If you have booked a colour and cut/blow dry or hair extensions 50% deposit will need to be paid 48 hours before your appointment ( any) (service that is longer than an hour)

this can be done popping into the salon or over the phone.


Please note clients that are new to hair colouring or who have not had their hair coloured for three months or more will be asked to pop into the salon for a quick skin test 48 hours before.
